PAYMENT
When booking with prepayment by credit card , the same credit card is required upon arrival for the purpose of pre-authorization on extras; In the event of no show, you will be asked for a new payment and the first payment will be refunded to the initial card. A pre-authorization of 1000 MAD per person per day is required upon arrival by credit card or cash. |
POOL RULES
Air mattresses, buoys and water guns are not permitted.
Armbands and buoys are only authorized for children, within the area dedicated to them.
Diving is not permitted.
Deckchairs and beds cannot be reserved. Any place not occupied after one hour will be reassigned.
Pool access is reserved for hotel guests. Guest access is payable : 1000 MAD /person/entrance (Pool only). To be paid on arrival by credit card or cash. |
YOUR ROOM
Room visits by any non-resident at the hotel are not permitted. Any change of person occupying the room must be reported to reception in advance with presentation of identification. The linen provided in the room for your comfort (bathrobe, towel) is available for sale in the hotel boutique. A safe is available free of charge in your room. The hotel management declines all responsibility for documents, passports, cash and valuables. |
COMMON SPACES
The Sofitel Marrakech declines all responsibility in the event of loss of personal items in the common areas of the hotel. Appropriate attire is required in common areas (Restaurant, Lobby); Swimsuits are not permitted. The use of musical speakers or any kind of identical devices is strictly prohibited in common areas. |
PERSONAL CONSUMPTION
For the safety and hygiene of our dear guests, any food or drink from outside is not permitted. The use of hookah is not authorized. |
