Dear guests, To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we thank you for taking note and comply with the following conditions:

Stay:

• In case of reservation with prepayment by credit card, the same card is required upon arrival for pre-authorization purposes.
• In case of no-show, a new payment will be requested. A pre-authorization of 1000 MAD / person/day is due upon arrival by fingerprint or species.
• Cash payments are limited to 20,000 MAD. Only certified checks are accepted.
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability, subject to request the day before and validation the same day at reception.
• Consumption from the minibar will be charged.
• Although we bring the greatest care for your vehicle, please note that we decline all responsibility in case of damage, however unlikely.
• Room visits by any person not staying at the hotel are not permitted.
• Any change of occupant of the room must be reported to reception in advance with presentation of an ID document.

Common areas:

• A safe is at your disposal in your room for your belongings of value.
• The hotel declines all responsibility in cases of loss of personal belongings in the common areas of the hotel.
• Appropriate attire is required within common areas (restaurants, lobby). Swimsuits are not available desired.
• The use of musical speakers or all kinds of identical devices is to be banned in common areas and the swimming pool.
• It is forbidden to hang towels or clothes on the balcony railings and terraces.

Pool rules:

• Deckchairs and beds cannot be reserved. Any unoccupied space after 30 minutes will be reassigned.
• Air mattresses, floats and Water guns are prohibited. Armbands and buoys are permitted only for children, within the space dedicated to them.
• No diving allowed.
• Pool access is reserved for guests of the hotel. Guest access is subject to a charge 1000 MAD / person / day (Pool only, subject to availability of the day)

Personal consumption:

• For the safety and hygiene of our guests, any food or drink from outside are not tolerated.
• The use of personal hookah is prohibited within the establishment.
• Any damage to the carpet of the rooms will be charged.
• The Shisha service is available at So Lounge.
