In this bike tour, our non-profit Pikala project, gives you the experience of discovering Marrakech by bike. Your cycling guides will be local young Moroccans trained by pikala and will introduce you to Moroccan daily life and give you more explanations about growing up in Morocco, the importance of family and how to deal with religion and modernization. You will pass through different areas of Marrakech such as the historic city center 'Medina' and the new city 'Gueliz'. On your way, you will pass some of the city's highlights like the Koutoubia, Kasbah, and Agdal Gardens, but most importantly, take you to parts of the city that you wouldn't normally come to. You will visit a local public bakery and an old traditional bath called the Hammam. Juices and sweets are included in the tour of the very special intercultural "coffee clock", visit the huge second-hand market and end with a visit to the tumb of one of the seven saints of Marrakech.
