The fitness area, SOFITEL FITNESS, provides you with state-of-the-art fitness and wellness equipment, by Technogym. A coach is available to guide you through a personalized training program and suggest jogging routes adapted to short, medium, or long distances.

To ensure everyone's safety and hygiene, wearing gym-specific sneakers is mandatory. These shoes help prevent injuries and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.

Access to the gym is reserved for people aged 16 and over, for safety and comfort reasons.
