The SOFITEL FITNESS fitness area offers you cutting-edge fitness and wellness equipment from Technogym. A coach is available to guide you through personalized training and offer jogging circuits adapted to short, medium, or long distances.

To ensure everyone's safety and hygiene, wearing gym-specific sneakers is mandatory. These shoes help prevent injuries and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.

Access to the gym is restricted to people aged 16 and over, for safety and comfort reasons.

Outside Sofitel Fitness opening hours, access remains possible. Simply request it from our reception team.
